We make every effort to display our products, colors, and specifications accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display shows colors accurately, and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
Compatibility: Our magnetic products are designed for MagSafe-compatible devices or devices fitted with a compatible magnetic ring or case. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your specific device before purchasing. Incompatibility is not considered a product defect, but is eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Errors
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where required by law.
Despite our best efforts, some items may be mispriced or contain typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. In that case, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Bexemag products contain strong permanent magnets. You agree to read and follow all safety instructions provided with your product, including:
- Keeping products away from pacemakers, defibrillators, insulin pumps, and other medical devices
- Keeping products away from children and pets — swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injury or death
- Keeping products away from credit cards, key cards, mechanical watches, and magnetic storage media
- Not exceeding stated weight or size limits, and not mounting products in a way that obstructs a driver's view or vehicle controls
You assume all risk arising from failure to follow these instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the Bexemag name and logo, product names (Magnecum, Magnestick, Magneglow, Magnegrip, Magnescreen), text, images, video, graphics, and software — is the property of SINEM CALISKAN LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
8. User Submissions
