Limited Warranty Policy

 

1. What This Warranty Covers

Bexemag warrants that each product purchased from bexemag.co will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to the following products:

  • Magnecum Series
  • Magnestick Series
  • Magneglow Series
  • Magnegrip Series
  • Magnescreen Series

Covered defects include, for example: magnets that detach or lose holding strength under normal use, ball joints or hinges that fail to hold position, mounting mechanisms that break without impact, and — for powered products — internal electronic or battery failure not caused by external damage.

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal cosmetic wear — scratches, scuffs, fading, or discoloration that do not affect function
  • Damage from drops, impacts, crushing, bending, or vehicle accidents
  • Damage from water, liquid immersion, extreme heat or cold, or exposure to corrosive substances
  • Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose, or beyond its stated weight or size limits
  • Damage to your phone, case, camera, screen, credit cards, or any other property or device
  • Products that have been disassembled, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Bexemag
  • Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or identifying marks
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, or resellers
  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Consumable or wear parts such as adhesive pads, silicone grips, and rubber inserts

3. Who Is Covered

This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from bexemag.co, and is not transferable. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email info@bexemag.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim — [Your Order Number]."
  2. Include:
    • Your order number and the date of delivery
    • The product name and a description of the problem
    • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours. We may request additional information or ask you to perform a simple troubleshooting step.
  4. If your claim is approved, we will confirm the remedy and, if a return is required, provide an RMA number and prepaid return label.

5. Our Remedy

If a valid defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair or replace the product with a new or equivalent unit free of charge, or
  • Refund the original purchase price of the product

Replacement units are covered for the remainder of the original one-year warranty period, or 90 days from the date the replacement is delivered, whichever is longer. Repair or replacement does not restart or extend the warranty beyond that.

Shipping costs for approved warranty claims are covered by Bexemag.

6. Product Safety Notice

Bexemag products contain strong permanent magnets. Please read and follow all instructions included with your product.

  • Medical devices: Magnets can interfere with pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, insulin pumps, hearing aids, and other medical implants. Keep products at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from such devices and consult your physician before use.
  • Children and pets: Keep away from children and animals. Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injury or death. Seek immediate medical attention if a magnet is swallowed.
  • Magnetic media: Keep away from credit cards, hotel key cards, ID badges, mechanical watches, hard drives, and other magnetically sensitive items.
  • Mounting: Do not exceed the stated weight capacity. Ensure the mount is fully seated and secured before releasing your device. Do not use in a way that obstructs the driver's view or the operation of a vehicle.

Damage or injury resulting from failure to follow these safety instructions is not covered by this warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price you paid for the product.

Bexemag and SINEM CALISKAN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damage to phones or other devices, loss of data, loss of use, or lost profits.

All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one (1) year term of this written warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Your Legal Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
